Telecommunications & Infrastructure Facilitation
We collaborated with MTN Nigeria in support of its strategic objective to expand network coverage, particularly across the North Central region of Nigeria. The engagement involved institutional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation support to enable telecommunications infrastructure expansion and improved service reach.
Creative Industry Development
In 2013, we worked with the British Council as part of a multidisciplinary team that contributed to the conceptual development and implementation framework of the Lagos Fashion and Design Week Abuja Auditions. The initiative was structured to identify and support emerging fashion designers, make-up artists, and fashion entrepreneurs, thereby expanding access to nationally recognised platforms and strengthening creative industry participation beyond Lagos.
Hospitality Sector Performance Optimisation
In 2013, we delivered a targeted service excellence and revenue optimisation programme for Lezsco Luxury Apartments. The intervention focused on customer service standards, guest experience management, and sales enhancement strategies within a highly competitive hospitality environment. Following the engagement, the organisation recorded its highest annual sales performance since its establishment in 2010.
Public Sector Capacity Development & Digital Transformation
Huckleberry Concepts Limited has delivered structured capacity development programmes for selected staff of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, the Federal Ministry of Education, and the Federal Capital Territory Administration. These engagements focused on strengthening workplace relevance and institutional productivity through the strategic application of technology. Participants were trained on digital tools adoption, workflow automation, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimisation methodologies, promoting improved efficiency, innovation, and accountability within public institutions.
Public Revenue & Tax Administration
As Sole Consultant to the Rivers State Government on Hotel Occupancy and Consumption Tax Collection, we provide comprehensive implementation support, compliance enforcement strategies, and revenue assurance frameworks aimed at strengthening fiscal performance.
Huckleberry Concepts Limited serves as a Consultant to the Yenagoa City Council Local Government on Tenement Rate Administration and Collection, deploying structured enumeration systems, valuation methodologies, and recovery mechanisms that enhance property-based revenue generation.
We also provide Purchase Tax advisory and implementation support to the Enugu State Government, and previously served as Agent to the same Government on Waste Disposal and its revenue-generating potentials, designing commercially viable frameworks to improve fiscal sustainability within the waste management value chain.
Further expanding our tax administration portfolio, we serve as a Consultant to the Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service on Entertainment Tax administration, strengthening regulatory compliance, audit mechanisms, and revenue capture processes.
We are additionally engaged with the Bayelsa State Government and the Anambra State Government on the implementation and enforcement of Consumption Tax frameworks, supporting policy design, operational rollout, stakeholder engagement, and compliance monitoring systems.
